Voccent offers a Chat to exchange messages with Channel Authors

The Chat icon

is located on the top right corner of the Voccent screen.

The User can:

1. send messages to Chanel Authors
2. receive notifications about unread messages waiting, invitations to Classrooms or Campuses, etc
3. receive email notifications about pending Chat messages
4. See the history of chat messages in multiple chat threads
